
Early 2026 will see the release of Samsung’s eagerly awaited Galaxy S26 series, the next generation of flagship smartphones. This year’s lineup delivers minor but notable upgrades in terms of performance, design, AI features, cameras, and charging capability when compared to the Galaxy S25 series.
Availability & Launch Date
The Samsung Galaxy S26 series is expected to be completely presented at the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25, 2026. Sales are expected to start in late February or early March in the majority of locations.
Rumors also indicate that Samsung might go back to a late January announcement timetable before sales begin in February, in line with past Galaxy flagship cycles.

The Galaxy S26 series is expected to come with refined, sleek designs with slightly thinner profiles than previous models — especially the base S26, which could measure around 6.9mm thin.
